Volonda Reedus is a native of Huntsville, Alabama and a proud alumna of Alabama A&M University, where she earned dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry, followed by a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She later completed her Doctorate in Philosophy in Natural Medicine.

Driven by a deep passion for inspiring hope, Volonda empowers individuals to take ownership of their mental and physical well-being, believing that many ailments are preventable with the right knowledge and support. She is committed to educating her community on practical, holistic approaches to wellness.

A true Wellness Warrior, Volonda blends her scientific background with a heartfelt commitment to peace and healing. Her journey from personal trainer to Naturopathic Practitioner reflects both her dedication and evolution. Drawing from her own life experiences and an array of certifications in life coaching, health, naturopathy, and nutrition, she specializes in supporting women over 40 who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. Her mission is to help them transform their habits and step into a renewed lifestyle filled with energy, clarity, and tranquility.

Volonda’s relatability is rooted in her personal health struggles, which once hindered her own weight-loss efforts. Through years of exploring homeopathic and holistic solutions, she overcame those challenges—fueling her passion to guide others toward victorious wellness journeys of their own.

Beyond her work as a practitioner, Volonda is also an accomplished author, coach, and speaker, dedicated to uplifting others and helping them experience wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.

 Arkesha Crutcher is also the CEO of Devoted Holistics where she provides herbal remedies for various illnesses and for prevention.  Her goal is to get the body back to Homeostasis, back to the body’s normal state, and educate others to help prevent chronic illnesses that many suffer from today.  

Arkesha Crutcher is a native of Huntsville, AL, and Master Herbalist.  She studied at Calhoun Community College and received her degree as a Registered nurse in 2011 and has worked in the hospital with high-risk pregnant women for over 10 years.  She also received her certification as a Master Herbalist from Trinity School of Natural Medicine in 2021 where she developed a new interest in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Since childhood, Arkesha has always had an interest in “natural remedies” and would always prefer a more holistic approach when it came to her health.  She believes that God has given us everything on this earth that will help our body heal itself, and shares that with everyone who is interested.  She also believes that God has given her a special gift of knowledge when it comes to the human body, how things work, and what can help it, and continues to study to strengthen her skill set.  She combines different herbs for teas, capsules, gels, and salves that are used for prevention and treatment of chronic illnesses. 

With Arkesha’s medical background, she has a better understanding of various medical diagnosis and medication which gives her an advantage, and she can give a more holistic recommendation because of that knowledge.
