Due to their love of Holistic Health and wellness, Master Herbalist, Arkesha Crutcher Hampton and Wellness Coach Volonda Reedus partnered together to create Heaven’s Hideaway. They believed that there was a need to provide a space of serenity and peace due to the stressors of everyday life. The two partners also believed that by providing a place such as Heaven’s Hideaway that also focused on the overall health of the human body, including mind, body, and spirit, they could help decrease the epidemic of declined health due to stress. Heaven’s Hideaway is a place of serenity, peace, relaxation, and comfort. They pride themselves on providing you a piece and the “peace” of Heaven on earth.
Meet our Founders
Volonda Reedus
Volonda Reedus, CEO and founder of Temple Fit LLC, is a native of Huntsville, AL, and graduate of Alabama A&M University. Temple Fit LLC was built on her story, which is a story of fighting and overcoming mental and physical illness. She vows to give others hope and encouragement that they, too, can be Fit- mentally and physically by changing their mindsets and nutrition.
Volonda is a Wellness Warrior, Biology Nerd and Peace advocate. As a former personal trainer and now Transformational Lifestyle Coach, she uses her own life experiences and various certifications (Life, health and nutrition coaching) to help women over the age of 40 that are sluggish and feeling frustrated, repackage their habits to create a healthy, energetic lifestyle,
Volonda is very relatable because she knows what it is like having health issues that work against your plight in losing weight for as long as she can remember, she has always looked to seeking homeopathic treatments for any ailments she encountered. Having overcoming her life challenges, she wants everyone to understand that if you change your mindset and how you speak, you can obtain the healthy life you desire!
In addition to being an entrepreneur, author, coach, and speaker, she is also a Naturopathy practitioner specializing in Lymphatic Frequency Detox (LFD)
Arkesha Crutcher Hampton
Arkesha Crutcher is also the CEO of Devoted Holistics where she provides herbal remedies for various illnesses and for prevention. Her goal is to get the body back to Homeostasis, back to the body’s normal state, and educate others to help prevent chronic illnesses that many suffer from today.
Arkesha Crutcher is a native of Huntsville, AL, and Master Herbalist. She studied at Calhoun Community College and received her degree as a Registered nurse in 2011 and has worked in the hospital with high-risk pregnant women for over 10 years. She also received her certification as a Master Herbalist from Trinity School of Natural Medicine in 2021 where she developed a new interest in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since childhood, Arkesha has always had an interest in “natural remedies” and would always prefer a more holistic approach when it came to her health. She believes that God has given us everything on this earth that will help our body heal itself, and shares that with everyone who is interested. She also believes that God has given her a special gift of knowledge when it comes to the human body, how things work, and what can help it, and continues to study to strengthen her skill set. She combines different herbs for teas, capsules, gels, and salves that are used for prevention and treatment of chronic illnesses.
With Arkesha’s medical background, she has a better understanding of various medical diagnosis and medication which gives her an advantage, and she can give a more holistic recommendation because of that knowledge.
